【Indications】: Prevention and treatment of PRRS (Blue Ear Disease)

【Clinical Signs】:

– Sows: abortion, anestrus, low survival of newborns

– Diarrhea in suckling piglets, cyanosis of nipples, enlargement and purple-black discoloration of lymph nodes, coughing and asthma, and death;

– Weaned pigs: depression, cough, rough coat, pale skin, purple ears ,abdominal breathing

– Refractory respiratory syndrome in fattening pigs,

Decreased feed intake, dry feces, fever, purple ears, and purple spots on the body.

【Timing of Medication】1. For pig herds with unstable PRRS positivity and those showing disease symptoms, emergency treatment is required.

2. For multiparous and replacement sows, prevention and control should be carried out once a month.
3. For weaned piglets or purchased pigs, concentrated prevention and control should be conducted after they are placed in pens.
4. Use during the vaccination period.

【Dosage】:

– Unstable PRRS-positive: 4 kg/ton feed for 15–20 days

– Stable PRRS-positive: 3 kg/ton feed for 10–15 days monthly

– Negative herd/vaccination: 2 kg/ton feed for 7–10 days monthly
