On June 15th, the finals of the 8th “GREENLAND Cup” Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Competition, sponsored by Hebei GREENLAND Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., were successfully concluded at the lecture hall of the West Campus Library of Hebei Agricultural University. GREENLAND Pharmaceutical has been deeply engaged in the field of Chinese veterinary medicine for many years, recognizing that industry talent is the foundation of development. To cultivate future professionals aligned with industry needs, the company has consistently invested resources and actively established school-enterprise collaboration platforms to support talent development. This year’s competition attracted enthusiastic participation from 540 students across 18 colleges, with 16 elite teams advancing to the finals.

The competition, with the purpose of “popularizing traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and inheriting its culture,” aims to inspire students’ enthusiasm for learning and enhance their practical skills. The finals include three segments: “Project Pitch,” “Quiz Battle,” and “Telepathy,” comprehensively evaluating contestants’ knowledge reserves, innovative thinking, and teamwork abilities. After intense competition, 8 third-place teams, 5 second-place teams, 2 first-place teams, and 1 special prize-winning team were ultimately determined.

After the competition, Ms. Du Xicui, the R&D Department Manager of Jin Kun Pharmaceutical, delivered an insightful and professional evaluation of the contestants’ performances. She highly praised the students’ solid professional foundation and flexible practical skills, while also fully affirming the positive role of the competition in promoting the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine (veterinary medicine) knowledge and talent cultivation.
